1. **Refunds for Duplicate Ads**: Refunds will be issued only if a duplicate ad was accidentally placed. In such cases, please contact us immediately to rectify the issue.
2. **Corrections to Ads**:
– We will make corrections to ads if errors are found that were made by us, at no additional cost to the customer.
– If a customer has made an error in their ad, we will make corrections upon request. Please note that we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate correction requests but reserve the right to determine the extent of the changes.
3. **Upgrading Ads**: Customers may upgrade their ads for an additional cost. Upgrades will be processed upon payment, and any changes related to the upgrade will be made accordingly.
4. **No Refunds for Content Changes, Lack of Response, or Cancellations**:
– Refunds are not provided if there is a change of mind regarding the content of the ad or any enhancements after the ad has been posted.
– We are not liable for any errors or omissions in ad content made by the customer. Although we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate our advertisers, we cannot guarantee responses to an ad, including inquiries or offers to purchase the listed item.
– If the vehicle or item is sold by other means, the advertiser may cancel the ad by notifying us, but no refunds, partial or full, will be given upon cancellation.
